Public Servants talent network
A simple way to connect with us for future collaboration across design, strategy, and delivery
We’ve launched a set of talent network listings to help us stay connected with potential collaborators.
These listings are a way to stay connected with people interested in working together as opportunities emerge.
Our work is often project-based and spans design, policy, and operations. Depending on the need, collaborators may contribute through short-term contracts, fractional support, advisory roles, or longer-term engagements. Some join to support active client work, while others contribute to shaping proposals or defining new opportunities.
If you’re interested in future collaboration, you can learn more and share your information through the listings below:
We encourage you to submit through the listing that best aligns with your primary area of work.
Each listing includes additional context on the type of work we do and the ways collaborators may engage. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis, and we’ll reach out when there’s alignment with upcoming work.
Even if we’ve spoken before, we recommend submitting your information—it adds helpful context that allows us to more thoughtfully match opportunities to skills and interests.

A note on how we work
Public Servants is a small, remote-first firm. We bring together people with different areas of expertise to shape thoughtful, high-impact work in the public interest.
We look for collaborators who are comfortable working across disciplines, navigating complexity, and contributing with care—whether that’s through leading, embedding within teams, facilitating, or supporting delivery.
Stay connected
Even if timing isn’t immediate, we value staying connected with people doing this work.
If you’re interested, we encourage you to submit your information through the listings above.
