Purpose
Public institutions are being asked to do more with less—and to do it faster, with higher stakes. But many of the systems they rely on weren’t designed for today’s complexity, diversity, or scale. Even when they function as intended, they often reinforce inequity or stagnation.

Leadership
With deep experience in human-centered design, digital transformation, and service innovation, our team has helped modernize public services, strengthen operations, and improve mission outcomes across government and nonprofit organizations. Our work spans the realities of public service at multiple levels—from federal agencies to state programs, counties, cities, and tribal communities—giving us a grounded understanding of how policy, operations, and service delivery intersect in practice.
We’ve built and scaled mission-driven firms, advised major institutions, and led high-impact initiatives across sectors. Our experience includes shaping digital services, supporting organizational modernization, and guiding leaders through complex challenges where clarity, trust, and thoughtful execution matter most. We’ve partnered on transformative initiatives across government, including work with the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), Department of Energy (DOE), and state-level efforts such as work in North Carolina and Minnesota—alongside collaborations with local and regional partners.
Our expertise spans service design, product strategy, business operations, and organizational leadership—grounded in a deep commitment to strengthening public institutions to better support the public. We bring both strategic perspective and practical experience, helping organizations navigate complexity while staying focused on meaningful progress.
